超声造影定量灌注分析在前列腺良恶性病变中的价值
Value of the quantitative perfusion analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in benign and malignant prostate diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of the quantitative perfusion analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in benign and malignant prostate diseases.Methods A total of 85 patients were included,they all underwent routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,and were divided into the pros-tate cancer group(37 cases)and the benign group(48 cases)according to the results.Quantitative perfusion analysis software was used to quantitatively analyze the dynamic images of contrast-enhanced ultrasound,obtain quantitative perfusion parameters and evaluate the efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative perfusion parameters in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate lesions.Results Among all the ultra-sonic quantitative perfusion parameters,the peak enhancement,wash-in area under the curve,wash-in rate,wash-in perfusion index,wash-out area under the curve,wash-in and wash-out area under the curve wash-out rate were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative perfusion parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound are of value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.关键词
