人造子宫技术在早产动物体外生命支持中的研究进展
Research progress in artificial uterus technology via premature animal experiments
摘要
Abstract
This article introduced the artificial uterus as an extracorporeal life support device simulating the intrauterine environment,aiming to assist the normal growth and organ maturation of extremely premature infants,avoiding unnecessary medical interventions and reducing the occurrence of complications.The paper focused on various aspects,including extracorporeal oxygenators,circuit systems,aseptic environments,nutrition supply and medical management,providing an overview of the potential transition of artificial uterus technology from early animal experiments to clinical application.Also emphasized were the challenges and technical difficulties needing to be overcome.Looking ahead,this technology is expected to become a sig-nificant innovative approach in improving the clinical prognosis of extremely premature infants.关键词
