激光虹膜成形术治疗急性原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser peripheral iridoplasty in the treatment of acute pri-mary angle-closure glaucoma(APACG).Methods In this study,31 patients(33 eyes)with APACG in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled and treated with laser peripheral iridoplasty.Intraocular pressure(IOP),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and anterior ganglia were compared 1 h,2 h and 6 h after treatment.Results The intraocular pressure at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after treatment was lower than that before treatment;the BCVA at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after treatment was higher than that before treatment(all P＜0.05);the central anterior chamber depth(ACD)and an-terior chamber Angle(ACA)were increased at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after treatment(all P＜0.05).Conclusions Laser pe-ripheral iridoplasty in APACG treatment is rapid in reducing intraocular pressure and improving vision,and can improve ACD and ACA.关键词
