Abstract
National park has been widely recognized by countries around the world as an important way to protect natural resources.Comprehensively promoting the construction of national park systems has become an important task in current ecological civilization development.The paper reviews and summarizes the experience of 5 countries,i.e.,the United States,Australia,Canada,Japan,and Germany,in national park management mode,legal system development and financial guarantee mechanism,and proposes 3 suggestions on China's national park system development,including:1)adopting a"vertical"government-led management mechanism;2)establishing the legal system with national park law as the superior law and regional management regulations as the supplements;and 3)accelerating the establishment and improvement of a diversified funding guarantee mechanism for national parks.关键词
