摘要
Abstract
Steroid receptor coactivator(Src)is a kind of non-receptor tyrosine kinases encoded by Src proto-oncogenes,which is a core member of Src-family kinases(SFKs).Src is widely present in human cells and plays an important role in the maintaining normal physiological functions of the body by regulating various processes such as cell division,movement,adhesion,angiogenesis and survival.Src induces the transformation of various malignant cells,which has been found in a variety of tumor cells and can be involved in the occurrence,growth and metastasis of tumors.Abnormal activation or overexpression of Src-related signaling pathways can lead to abnormalities in the body that lead to cancer.In this paper,the structure,signaling pathway,role of Src in cancer treatment and its inhibitors are discussed.关键词
