摘要

Abstract

In response to the technical challenges of requiring multiple extraction stages,short contact time,and low material retention for emerging industries sensitive systems,the existing series system of multiple single stage centrifugal extractors cannot meet the requirements.This article proposes a single multi-stage centrifugal extraction machine based on the hierarchical contact mechanism,which can complete 4~8 extraction theoretical stages in one equipment.Design of dynamic balance control,vibration isolation technology,and vibration detection systems are provided.The performance indicators superior to national standards requirements.It can effectively reduce the contact time and provide a new approach for multi-stage countercurrent extraction.It also provides a new technical approach for sensitive new material preparation,salt lake lithium extraction,and other fields.
