螺栓预紧力损失对压缩机机壳密闭性的影响
Effect of bolt preload loss on compressor casing tightness
摘要
Abstract
In view of the difference between simulated analysis results and test results on site under pressure test conditions of the large compressor casing,research methods such as simulation method and bolt preload loss test were used to confirm and analyze preload loss phenomenon of hydraulically tensioned bolt.The results show that when hydraulically tensioned bolt with length-diameter ratio is from 2 to 7,the preload loss ratio of the bolt is between 26%and 35%.After the preload loss proportion is introduced into the pressure test simulation analysis of the compressor casing,the difference between the simulation analysis results and the test results on site is reduced further.After considering the loss factor,the one-time test pass rate of the casing increases from 60%to more than 95%.The research results can provide qualitative guidance for solving the leakage problem of hydraulically tensioned bolted flange,and provide certain reference for the simulation analysis and research of the compressor casing tightness.关键词
