终末期肝病肌少症及其营养干预研究进展
Sarcopenia and nutritional intervention in end-stage liver disease
摘要
Abstract
In several decades,Sarcopenia has been a focus of medical disciplines.Due to malnutrition and mediators in the liver-muscle axis,sarcopenia is common in patients of end-stage liver disease and is associated with a wide spectrum of adverse out-comes including hepatic decompensation,death and adverse posttransplant outcomes..CT is considered to be a gold standard for assess-ing loss of muscle mass in patients with end-stage liver disease.Exercise and nutritional intervention prevail as mainstays of treatment.Compared with exercise training,nutrition interventions are targeted and tailored for patients of advanced liver disease.Therefore,this article reviewed the definition,mechanism,diagnosis and nutritional intervention of sarcopenia,in order to provide reference for nutri-tional intervention of sarcopenia in patients with end-stage liver disease.关键词
