Technical and Economic Analysis of Vapor-Pump Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery Heating System
基于蒸汽泵烟气余热回收技术,将常规燃气锅炉供热系统改造为蒸汽泵烟气余热回收供热系统.介绍3种蒸汽泵烟气余热回收供热系统流程,测算蒸汽泵烟气余热回收供热系统节气量、增量投资回收期,评价系统改造经济性.3种蒸汽泵烟气余热回收供热系统分别为单冷源两塔系统、双冷源两塔系统、双冷源三塔系统.与改造前相比,蒸汽泵烟气余热回收供热系统的系统热效率得到不同提升,特别是双冷源三塔系统,系统热效率由改造前的92.5%,提升至99.9%,1个供暖期的天然气节气量达到8.19 ×104 m3.单冷源两塔系统、双冷源两塔系统、双冷源三塔系统的增量投资回收期分别为15.8、12.3、9.0 a,双冷源三塔系统的经济性最佳.
Based on the vapor-pump flue gas waste heat recovery technology,the conventional gas-fired boiler heating system is transformed into vapor-pump flue gas waste heat recovery heating system.The processes of three kinds of vapor-pump flue gas waste heat recovery heating systems are introduced,the gas saving amounts and incremental payback periods of va-por-pump flue gas waste heat recovery systems are cal-culated,and the economical efficiencies of system transformation are evaluated.The three kinds of vapor-pump flue gas waste heat recovery and heating systems are single cold source two-tower system,double cold source two-tower system and double cold source three-tower system.Compared with before the transforma-tion,the thermal efficiencies of the vapor-pump flue gas waste heat recovery heating systems have been im-proved differently,especially the double cold source three-tower system,the thermal efficiency of the system has increased from 92.5% before the transformation to 99.9%,and the natural gas saving in one heating peri-od has reached 8.19 × 104 m3.The incremental pay-back periods of the single cold source two-tower sys-tem,the double cold source two-tower system and the double cold source three-tower system are 15.8,12.3 and 9.0 years,respectively,and the economy of the double cold source three-tower system is the best.
