Cold State Numerical Simulation and Structural Optimization of Immersed Combustion Heating Device
摘要
Abstract
Taking the cold state simulation of immersed combustion heating device(using straight-through immersion tube)as the research object,the cold state simulation is carried out,and the effects of adding porous plates at the nozzle of the immersion tube on the gas-phase rate distribution in the tank,the inlet pressure of the immersion tube and the heat trans-fer effect are analyzed.Adding porous plates at the nozzle of the immersion tube is beneficial to the stabili-ty of the inlet pressure of the immersion tube,promotes the stable combustion of the combustion chamber,and can effectively strengthen the heat exchange between flue gas and water bath solution.关键词
