基于ANSYS的岸桥盘式制动器可靠性研究

Abstract
In order to study the stress,strain and mechanical properties of the hydraulic disc brake of the main hoisting link of the quayside crane,the three-dimensional model of the disc brake is established first;then,according to the finite element principle,the static stress of the disc brake is analyzed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and the stress,deformation cloud diagram and the stress of the main parts of the brake are obtained;this paper also optimizes and improves the place where the stress concentration occurs.At the same time,the method of increasing the connecting shaft radius at the bottom of the brake arm is proposed,and the original connecting shaft radius is increased to 30 mm to 35 mm;it is analyzed and verified in the same conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and dynamic analysis of the disc brake.Through modal analysis,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained.The results show that the brake will not resonate in the braking process,and the structure is safe and reliable,thereby can meet the requirements of practical work.关键词
