摘要
Abstract
In order to alleviate the fluctuation of cigarette weight ZJ17 cigarette machine,the cigarette machine was analyzed step by step by Six Sigma DMAIC model to determine the key factors affecting cigarette weight deviation,and the key factors were optimized by experimental design to reduce cigarette quality deviation.The results showed that the standard deviation of cigarette weight reduced by 1.06 mg,and the cigarette quality standard deviation rate increases by 7.98% .This method can provide reference for improving the quality and stability of cigarettes.关键词
