基于FDM工艺的多功能3D打印机结构设计

Abstract
In this paper,aiming at the problems such as the printing accuracy and processing efficiency of the parts and parts of the traditional 3D printer,the printing of many special-shaped curved surfaces are difficult to meet the processing requirements,and the equipment will heat,vibrate and generate noise during operation,a 3D printer based on fused deposition manufacturing(FDM)process is designed by using Creo software,which has the functions of printing,polishing and cleaning.The 3D models of several parts are simulated and mechanically analyzed,and the temperature field distribution of the sprinkler and the force distribution of the five-hole connecting cover plate and the foot cushion bracket are analyzed.The results show that the design can reduce consumables,reduce heating vibration,effectively improve printing accuracy,shorten printing time,stable and reasonable structure,and has a good value of popularization and application.关键词
