不同类型搅拌桨制备银粉的实验研究

Abstract
Silver powder particles were prepared by liquid phase reduction method in a double-layer stirred tank.Silver nitrate was used as a silver source and ascorbic acid as a reducing agent.The effect of different speeds and mixing impeller types on the characteristics of silver powder was studied.The morphology,particle size,and crystal structure of silver powders were characterized in detail by scanning electron microscopy,particle size analyzer,and X-ray diffractometer.The results showed that the flow field in the reactor significantly improved the morphology and particle size of the silver powder.Using 0.5 mol/L silver nitrate solution,0.6 mol/L ascorbic acid solution,and PVP as raw materials,the spherical silver powder with good crystallinity and an average particle size of 352 nm was prepared under the stirring of 400 r/min with 4 blade propeller stirrer.关键词
