轨道交通直流牵引供电系统线路测试回路短路试验案例分析OA
为研究在接地短路情况下,直流电流方向对线路测试回路的影响,该文通过详细介绍轨道交通牵引供电系统线路测试功能原理,并分析广州地铁 1 号线西塱站线路测试回路短路试验案例与接触器正反向电流试验,结果表明线路测试回路反向电流影响接触器内部电弧,造成燃弧时间长且容易烧损接触器,并且,电弧碰撞叠加导致接触器内部两对触点短接,即 1 500V母线短路.故线路测试回路必须正确接线且需完成短路测试以确保功能正常.
In order to study the influence of DC current direction on the line test circuit in the case of grounding short circuit,the principle of line test function of rail transit traction power supply system is introduced in detail.The short circuit test case of the line test circuit of Xilao Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 and the forward and reverse current test of the contactor are analyzed.The results show that the reverse current of the line test loop affects the internal arc of the contactor,resulting in long arc time and easy to burn the contactor.Moreover,the arc collision superposition leads to the short connection of two pairs of contacts in the contactor,that is,1 500 V bus short circuit.Therefore,the circuit test circuit must be connected correctly and short-circuit test must be completed to ensure normal function.
