摘要

Abstract

Fasteners can be closely connected with mechanical parts,and are the most important metal parts in mechanical facilities.In order to avoid corrosion of fasteners and ensure the reliability of mechanical facilities,the existing anti-corrosion technology of fasteners is studied in this paper.The results show that the blackening and bluing process is very mature,but the iron oxide film produced by fasteners can not meet the needs of high strength fasteners.The coating process has a good function,so its development prospect is broad.The process of metal plating is more mature,but it can still be further optimized from materials and technology.Finally,the existing anti-corrosion technology of fasteners is prospected in order to improve the reliability of all kinds of mechanical facilities in complex environment.
