核电厂安全壳氦质谱检漏方法的可行性分析OA

安全壳是"核"与公众之间的最后一道安全屏障,其密封性至关重要,核电厂需要定期执行安全壳密封性试验.为提高核电厂安全壳泄漏检测的精度和效率,探索一种安全壳泄漏定位检测的新方法,即通过将氦气作为示踪剂按照一定比例充压到安全壳内,利用电厂辐射监测系统(KRT)在安全壳厂房周围的分布特点,检测出从安全壳内部泄漏出来的气体量分析判断泄漏区域,并通过现场试验验证该方法的可行性及氦气用量.实践证明,氦质谱检漏方法可用于核电厂安全壳检漏工作.

Containment is the last safety barrier between the"nuclear"and the public,and its tightness is very important.Nuclear power plants need to carry out containment tightness tests regularly.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of containment leakage detection in nuclear power plant,a new method of containment leakage location detection is explored,that is,by filling helium as a tracer into the containment according to a certain proportion,and making use of the distribution characteristics of the power plant radiation monitoring system around the containment plant,the leakage area can be detected by analyzing the amount of gas leaking from inside the containment.The feasibility of the method and the amount of helium are verified by field tests.The practice shows that the helium mass spectrometry leak detection method can be used in the containment leak detection of nuclear power plants.
