基于Zernike多项式的光机耦合数值仿真研究OA

光学系统的研制包括光学、结构、热学等不同学科的内容,且各学科之间相互影响,因此这是一个多学科协同研发的过程.在初期设计阶段,综合考虑光机热之间的耦合关系显得尤为重要.该文对光机热集成分析过程中的光机耦合分析方法进行数值仿真研究,重点介绍Zernike多项式拟合方法,并以双镜片目镜为例,通过自研软件Somap,获得变形后的光学系统镜面面形数据,将获得的光学宏文件加载至光学设计软件中,分析变形后的光学系统的成像质量,光学系统在外载荷作用下,成像质量显著下降.

The development of optical systems involves different disciplines such as optics,structure,and thermodynamics,and these disciplines interact with each other.Therefore,this is a multidisciplinary collaborative research and development process.In the initial design stage,it is particularly important to comprehensively consider the coupling relationship among optics,mechanics,and heat.This paper makes a numerical simulation study on the optical-mechanical coupling analysis method in the process of opto-mechanical-thermal integration analysis,focusing on the Zernike polynomial fitting method,and taking the double-lens eyepiece as an example,through the self-developed software Somap,the mirror shape data of the deformed optical system is obtained,and the optical macro file is loaded into the optical design software to analyze the imaging quality of the deformed optical system under external load.The imaging quality decreased significantly.
