摘要

Abstract

In recent years,with the aggravation of railway transportation tasks,higher requirements for the reliability and safety of locomotive operation have been put forward.Due to the reasons of locomotive design,there is a large blind area in the driver's lookout angle,and there are non-closed intersections in the locomotive running route,so it is difficult for locomotive attendants to watch from a long distance.In order to solve the problem of locomotive lookout blind area and long-distance lookout of locomotive attendants,this paper uses the combination of radar detection technology and video image analysis system to detect and perceive the personnel,vehicles and obstacles in the locomotive lookout blind area.At the same time,the warning information is prompted to the locomotive attendants,so as to remind the locomotive attendants to drive safely and minimize the occurrence of safety accidents.
