面向用户需求的移动医疗检测产品服务设计
摘要
Abstract
Emergent public health events occur frequently.At present,the research on smart medical treatment in health testing focuses on the experimental results,and there are few studies on the service design of the process.The research purpose is to explore how medical treatment can combine new technologies to cope with emergent public health events and better serve users.Through in-depth investigation of different users,the product opportunity gap is identified,the key needs of users are obtained through quantitative analysis,the specific design objectives are determined,the intelligent medical detection interactive system platform and service process are established,and design of the hardware and software carriers of the service system platform is finally completed.The study provides the direction for realizing the medical testing products of different user needs and ideas for dealing with public health events.关键词
