摘要

Abstract

Due to the fact that the nozzle is easy to be non-critical,and the working line of the engine is different under different Mach numbers,the accuracy of the whole engine model is poor only by using the ground test data to modify the characteristics of the engine components.So this paper based on the data of engine flight test,an improved method of deleting the characteristics of components is proposed,which transforms the engine non-design point calculation into the design point calculation.The number of target equations is reduced and the algorithm is simplified.As well the modification of component characteristics at different speeds and Mach numbers is considered.Based on this the mathematical model of the whole engine in the whole flight envelope is established.Compared with the flight test data,the error of all parameters in the whole flight envelope is less than 3%,and thrust error is less than 1%.
