基于全反射原理的透明液体浓度测量方法研究

Abstract
Nowadays,there are various methods for measuring the concentration of transparent liquids,such as the specific gravity method,refractive index method(minimum deviation angle method),ultrasonic grating method,etc.All of the above methods need to be used to establish the relationship among concentration and density,refractive index,sound velocity,and light loss,thus obtaining a characterization of the measured concentration.This paper proposes using the principle of total reflection,when the light is emitted from the light dense medium to the light sparse medium,and the incident angle exceeds a certain angle θc(critical angle),the refracted light disappears completely,there only remains reflected light which is called total reflection.Taking NaCl solution as an example,by measuring the total reflection phenomenon caused by different concentrations of NaCl solution,the height change of the incident light source is caused.Through experimental exploration,it is found that the"concentration-height"shows a linear negative correlation,and this relationship is used to measure the concentration of transparent liquids.Research experiments have shown that the fitted correlation coefficient R2=0.9957 has a good fitting effect and a measurement accuracy of 99%.关键词
