Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of the fault types of hydraulic equipment and marine pumps in marine mechanical equipment,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures,which is helpful to reduce the frequency of faults and prolong the service life of mechanical equipment.Improve the safety of ship operation.From the perspective of maintenance strategy,the maintenance decision and maintenance method are made according to the actual running state of mechanical equipment and the changing trend of performance parameters,which can avoid the disadvantages caused by over maintenance and insufficient maintenance,and reasonably dispatch various resources.Quickly locate the fault point and improve the maintenance efficiency.关键词
