Abstract
In order to reduce the impact on the lower bearing equipment when using the chute to drop coal,in this paper,the author puts forward a new chute with impact-resistance structure,which is equipped with the deceleration wheel and deceleration baffle,which can quickly reduce the running speed of coal and the impact force of falling coal.A three-dimensional model of a chute was established through Solidworks,and the dynamic process of different coals in the chute was determined by EDEM-MBD coupling.The falling process of different coals was numerically simulated and analyzed by a Hertz-Mindlin contact model,and the curves of velocity and impact force of different coals in the falling process were obtained,and the rationality of the impact-resistance structure was verified.关键词
