Abstract
The crawler support frame is an important supporting component of the crawler chassis of the slotting robot,and its performance directly determines the service life of the slotting robot.In order to further improve the structural reliability of the crawler support and avoid resonance in use,in this paper,the author makes a finite element analysis of the crawler support based on the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench,obtains the deformation and stress of the crawler support through static analysis,and puts forward an improvement scheme for the deficiency of the crawler support,which can improve the stress distribution of the crawler support and make its structure more reasonable.Subsequently,the modal analysis of the improved crawler support was carried out,the natural frequencies and maximum displacements of the first 10 orders were obtained,and the dynamic characteristics of the crawler support at different frequencies were reflected.Through the finite element analysis of the crawler support frame,the rationality of its structure was verified,which provides a theoretical reference for the mechanism design and application of the crawler support frame.关键词
