Abstract
In this paper,the author fully investigated the present situation of spare parts procurement in machinery manufacturing enterprises,analyzed the management characteristics and found outstanding problems.From the point of view of supply chain,through the analysis and prediction of demand,the influence of optimal purchase quantity,purchase cycle and product price on cost control is discussed by applying the economic order batch model.Finally,from the aspects of data statistics,analysis and judgment,internal communication,procurement process,inventory management,personnel training,etc.,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the cost control of spare parts procurement management in enterprises,which can be used as a reference for relevant enterprises to make scientific decisions.关键词
