为了满足舵机在性能测试过程中多目标任务的需求,设计一款舵机性能测试系统.该系统能够完成舵机空载性能测试,在四通道加载台的配合下能够模拟舵机在空中所受的负载力矩,实现加载测试.该系统基于LabWin-dows/CVI虚拟仪器设计平台,通过RS422传输协议实现多点多通道数据传输,产生多种测试激励信号,完成舵机上电自检、信号反馈、数据采集与信息显示等功能.通过试验,测试效果达到了相应设计的要求,相较于传统舵机测试系统提高了测试效率与测试精度.

In order to meet the requirements of multi-objective tasks in the performance test of the actuator,a performance test system of the actuator is designed.The system can complete the no-load performance test of actuator.With the cooperation of the four-channel loading plat-form,the load torque of the actuator in the air can be simulated to realize the loading test.The system based on LabWindows/CVI virtual instru-ment design platform can realize multi-point and multi-channel data transmission through RS422 transmission protocols,and generate a vari-ety of test excitation signals.It can complete the functions of power-on test,signal feedback,data collection and information display of actua-tor.Through the test,the test results meet the requirements of the corresponding design,compared with the traditional actuator test system,improve the test efficiency and test accuracy.
