基于招聘大数据的IT人才能力模型构建研究
Research on IT Talents Ability Model Construction Based on Recruitment Big Data

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,the demand for talent in the IT industry is expanding year by year.In order to improve the quality of IT talent cultivation and promote the balance between supply and demand,this study collected 13 638 recruitment da-ta from Zhaopin Recruitment to conduct research on the real talent demand of enterprises,excavate the characteristics of enterprise talent de-mand,and based on this,construct an iceberg competency model to construct an IT professional talent cultivation system.This study con-structs an iceberg competency model from four dimensions:knowledge,skills,comprehensive literacy,awareness and attitude,providing ref-erence opinions for talent cultivation and graduation employment guidance.关键词
