摘要

Abstract

Ultraviolet photocatalysis was used to extract active substances from finger lime,in which the method was environmentally friendly and easy to be operated.The results of physical and chemical test showed that the content of citric acid and the content of malic acid in finger lime extract were 35.2 mg/mL and 2.7 mg/mL,respectively.As shown in the safety tests including chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)and in vitro human epidermal model,2%(v/v)finger lime extract was safe and non-irritating.As measured with the methods of bicinchoninic acid(BCA)and cytometry,the number of exfoliated keratinocytes and the protein content were both increased,indicative of the exfoliating effect of the extract.As to anti-inflammatory tests,the sample group inhibited the expression of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 dramatically,indicating that the sample had soothing and repairing effects.
