Abstract
The activity of lactic acid bacteria/narcissus bulb fermentation filtrate was studied by cell model in vitro to explore its potential efficacy.Lactic acid bacteria were inoculated into the water extract of narcissus bulbs and fermented for 72 h.The lactic acid bacteria/narcissus bulb fermentation filtrate was collected.The cytotoxicity of the fermentation filtrate was tested by CCK.The moisturizing and soothing effects of the fermentation filtrate,as well as the mechanism thereof,were studied by using the moisturizing model and the drying model of HaCaT in vitro,the anti-inflammatory model of RAW264.7,and the anti-allergic model of hyaluronidase inhibition.The results showed that,the lactic acid bacteria/narcissus bulb fermentation filtrate could effectively promote the production and expression of AQP3 in HaCaT cells,and promote the expression of FLG,so as to achieve moisturizing effect.It could also achieve anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory(soothing)effects by inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase and inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators(NO,TNF-α and IL-6)from RAW264.7 cells.This work showed that lactic acid bacteria/narcissus bulb fermentation filtrate could be used as one of the raw materials for moisturizing and soothing cosmetics.关键词
