骨巨细胞瘤患者预后影响因素分析
Analysis of Prognostic Factors in Patients with Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze factors affecting the prognosis of patients with giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:We collected data of 90 patients with giant cell tumors of bone in the department of molecular diagnostics in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from 2010 to 2023,analyzed clinical characteristics,treatment methods and progres-sion-free survival(PFS)of the patients,and conducted univariate and multivariate analyses to evaluate the factors affecting prognosis.Results:Univariate and multivariate analyses showed that the expression of Ki-67(P = 0.013)and surgery way(P = 0.013)were factors affecting PFS(P<0.05),while H3F3A,P53 and P63 levels,sex,age,tumor site,postoperative treatment with denosumab were not correlated to prognosis(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that Ki-67 and surgery way were independent factors affecting PFS of patients with giant cell tumor of bone.Conclusion:Sex,age,tumor location,tumor di-ameter,postoperative treatment with denosumab and the expres-sions of H3F3A,P53 and P63 are not correlated to the prognosis of patients with giant cell tumor of bone.However,Ki-67 and surgery way are valuable indicators for prognosis.关键词
