摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level of messenger RNAs(mRNAs),which are closely related to the pathogenesis of cancer by binding to target genes,cleavage,or trans-lational repression of target genes.MiR-103a-3p,as a member of the miRNAs family,plays an important role in the regulation of malignant tumor development.In order to further explore the expression and molecular mechanism of miR-103a-3p in malignant tumors,and provide new targets for treatment and prognosis prediction,this article reviews the research progress of miR-103a-3p in malignant tumors in light of domestic and international reports.关键词
