MiR-103a-3p在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制研究进展OACSTPCD
Research Progress of the Role and Mechanism of MiR-103a-3p in Malig-nant Tumors
微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类在信使RNA(mRNA)的转录后水平调节基因表达的小型非编码RNA,通过与靶基因结合,对靶基因进行切割或翻译抑制,与癌症的发病机制密切相关.MiR-103a-3p作为miRNAs家族中一员,在各种恶性肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要的调控作用.为进一步探讨miR-103a-3p在恶性肿瘤中的表达及分子机制,从而为治疗以及预测预后提供新的靶标,本文结合国内外报道对miR-103a-3p在恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制研究进展进行综述.
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level of messenger RNAs(mRNAs),which are closely related to the pathogenesis of cancer by binding to target genes,cleavage,or trans-lational repression of target genes.MiR-103a-3p,as a member of the miRNAs family,plays an important role in the regulation of malignant tumor development.In order to further explore the expression and molecular mechanism of miR-103a-3p in malignant tumors,and provide new targets for treatment and prognosis prediction,this article reviews the research progress of miR-103a-3p in malignant tumors in light of domestic and international reports.
