Professor Mingquan Li's Experience in Treating Proteinuria in diabetes kidney disease with"Three Differentiations and Ten Methods"

Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease is the leading cause of chronic and end-stage kidney disease.There are limitations in the treatment of Western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine is treated based on syndrome differentiation showing certain advanta-ges.Professor Mingquan Li is experienced in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat proteinuria in diabetic kidney disease and the insights are unique.He is guided by the idea of"three difficile"——the combination of difficile,syndrome differentiation and difficile,take the tonification and purgation in combination as the principles of treatment,and use ten methods(invigorate qi,nourish yin,warm yang,consolidate essence,promote blood circulation,clear heat,remove dampness,dredge,promote diu-resis,and dredge collaterals)as curative treatment.The author has the honor to follow his teacher for many years.Now,I summa-rize Professor Li's academic thoughts and medication experience in treating proteinuria in diabetes kidney disease for everyone to learn.关键词
