基于"龙雷之火"理论浅析温潜法治疗脓疱型银屑病
Discussion on Wen Qian method for treatment of Psoriasis Pustulosa based on the theory of"Long Lei Fire"
摘要
Abstract
Psoriasis pustulosa is one of the more serious types of psoriasis,and its causes involve various factors such as ge-netics,immunity and infection.At present,traditional Chinese medicine mostly starts from"clearing heat and detoxifying"and"cooling blood and eliminating spots",but in clinical practice,this treatment method is not effective in treating paediatric,elder-ly and long-standing pustular psoriasis."Long Lei Fire"is a pathological state in which the deficiency Yang floating over is caused by the deficiency of Yang in the spleen and kidneys.Based on the theory of"Long Lei Fire",this paper takes that"Cold-ness"is the main point of the psoriasis pustulosa in children,elder and psoriasis pustulosa with prolonged illness.This treatment principle is to lead the fire back to the original and guide the dragon into the sea,then bodies have reached the balance of yin and yang,and their reproductive function is norma.Based on the theory of"Long Lei Fire",this article explores the application of Wen Qian method for the treatment of paediatric,elderly and long-standing pustular psoriasis.关键词
