摘要

Abstract

As one of the typical symptoms of infection with the COVID-19,the smell disorder after infection with the COV-ID-19 is related to the COVID-19 as six lewd cold evils,hurting people's yang,cold and wet obstruction of the lungs and spleen,and occlusion and loss of nourishment,and the Sichuan is more"wet"and evil,Sichuan people crave spicy food,damp-ness is easy to dissolve heat,humid heat transpires the lungs and spleen,and suffers into phlegm,making the disease lingering and difficult to heal.Professor Cheng Hongbin started from the clinical case of Poria Baishu decoction for the treatment of olfactory disorder after infection with the COVID-19,combined with the theory of"lung-spleen-nasal axis",analyzed the main pathogen-esis of olfactory disorder after infection with the COVID-19,and adopted the"spleen strengthening"method according to local conditions,with excellent clinical efficacy,and attached case 1 was attached to verify.
