Abstract
Yin and Yang are the general principles of disease differentiation and treatment.General cure,first distinguish Yin and Yang.Clinically,the incidence of flat wart is rapid and the disease site is shallow,so it belongs to Yang.The skin lesions of flat warts are flat,local not hot,pale brown,painless and itchy,so it belongs to Yin.According to the characteristics of skin lesions,it is divided into semi-yin and semi-yang syndrome,which is a neutral state between Yin and Yang syndrome.The trend of its outcome is the key to the prognosis of flat warts.In this paper,the"half Yin and half Yang"as the entry point,respective-ly from the skin lesions,pathogenic nature of different aspects to understand the pathogenesis of flat warts.It is believed that the core pathogenesis is the incompatibility of Yin and Yang."Su asked?Comprehensive Discourse on Phenomena Corresponding to Yin and Yang"said:"Yang transforms qi while yin shapes into configuration",flat wart in Yin syndrome,Yang syndrome trans-formation of the key state,should strive for from Yin to Yang,prevent Yang syndrome into Yin.In the treatment,the use of octant temperature evacuation products,in order to promote the skin lesions to achieve Yang.The clinical syndrome is treated with Quy-ou decoction,and the pathogenic factors are eliminated in time to achieve the purpose of accelerating the shedding of warts.In or-der to provide another idea for clinical treatment of flat warts.关键词
