调神益智汤联合生物反馈治疗学龄期儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍的疗效分析
Efficacyof Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction combined with biofeedback in the treatment of school-age children with atten-tion deficit hyperactivity disorder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction combined with biofeedback in the treat-ment of school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:A total of 150 school-age children with ADHD,aged 6-14,who were admitted to Qinhuangdao Military Industrial Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the control group 1(methylphenidate hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets),the control group 2(Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction)and the observation group(Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction combined with biofeedback),with 50 cases in each group.The efficacy in each group was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.The changes in clinical symptoms,brain wave,and serum indicators before and after treatment were recorded.The safety of treatment was assessed.Results:The total effective rates in the three groups were significantly different(P＜0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2(P＜0.05).After treatment,SNAP-Ⅳ scores,θ/βvalues of electroencephalogram,the levels of adreno-corticotropic hormone(ACTH)and cortisol(CORT)in all group were improved(P＜0.05).The improvement effect in the ob-servation group was the best(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the observation group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 22.00％(11/50),26.00％(13/50)and 16.00％(8/50),without statistically significant difference among the groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction combined with biofeedback can significantly improve clinical symptoms and brain waves of school-age children with ADHD,and regulate serum indicators such as ACTH and CORT.The effi-cacy and safety are high.关键词
