振针助力针法联合麦粒灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性泄泻疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the"Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method"combined with wheat grain moxibustion in treating chronic diarrhea of the deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach were divided into the treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with the"Vibration and Force Injection Acupuncture Method",and the control group was treated with oral Western medicine montmorillonite powder.Observations were made to com-pare the differences in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and T-lymphocyte subsets between the two groups before and after treatment,and to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores and T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were statistically insignificant(P<0.05)when compared with those before treatment in the same group.And the magnitude of changes in the above indicators in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"Vibration and Force Injection Acu-puncture Method"combined with wheat grain moxibustion has better efficacy in treating chronic diarrhea of the deficiency of spleen and stomach.关键词
