颈舒散热奄包在甲状腺单叶全切、峡部切除联合同侧中央区淋巴结清扫术后的干预效果探究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of Jingshusan hot package after unilateral thyroidectomy,isth-mectomy and ipsilateral central lymph node dissection.Methods:Eighty patients were treated with unilateral thyroidectomy and isthmectomy combined with ipsilateral central lymph node dissection in the hospital from January to October 2020.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment after operation,while the observation group was given hot compress of Jing-shusan hot package on the basis of the treatment of control group.Therapeutic effects in the two groups were evaluated.The inci-dence rates of nausea,vomiting and headache during intervention were compared between the groups.The degree of neck pain and neck comfort level were evaluated before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the total treatment response rate in the observation group(97.50％)was higher than that in the control group(85.00％)(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of nause-a,vomiting and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue score(VAS)and present pain intensity(PPI)score in the McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)decreased in the two groups,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of physical,psychological,environmental and socio-cultural dimensions in the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)increased,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jingshusan hot package can strength-en the control and improvement of pain and other complications in patients after unilateral thyroidectomy and isthmectomy com-bined with ipsilateral central lymph node dissection.关键词
