Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application on sudden deafness(SD)and its influences on hemorheology,hearing level and nail-fold microcirculation.Methods:A total of 94 patients with SD admitted to the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into combination group(n=47)and routine group(n=47)between June 2020 and June 2022.The routine group was treated with traditional western medicine,while combination group was additionally treated with auricular acupuncture and acupoint application.After 10d of continuous treatment,curative effect,chan-ges of hemorheology,hearing level and nail-fold microcirculation,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After 10d of continuous treatment,total response rate of treatment in combination group was higher than that in routine group(95.74％vs 82.98％,P＜0.05).The hearing threshold,deafness score,whole blood high-shear and low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and erythrocyte aggregation index in combination group were lower than those in routine group(P＜0.05),while erythrocyte deformation index,scores of nail-fold microcirculation vascular flow,morphology and peritubular status,and total score were higher than those in routine group(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The clini-cal curative effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application is significant on SD patients,which can significant-ly improve hemorheology indexes and nail-fold microcirculation,and increase hearing level,with low risk of adverse reactions.关键词
