宋立群教授"宣泵开闸,行气祛邪"法论治小儿肾病综合征经验
Professor Song Liqun's experience in the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome by the method of"Xuan beng kai zha,Xing qi qu xie"
摘要
Abstract
As one of the most common glomerular diseases in children,nephrotic syndrome has a high incidence and recur-rence rate,and is a group of clinical syndromes caused by various etiologies.Prof.Song Liqun summarizes the basic pathogenesis of the disease based on clinical experience,which is the deficiency of the lung,spleen and kidney,and the failure of qi-transfor-mation,and the triggering factors,water-dampness and blood stasis,which further block the qi mechanism.Professor Song Liqun,inspired by the theory of"Kai gui men,Jie jing fu,Qu yu chen cuo"in the Huang Di Nei Jing's Classic of Internal Medi-cine,compares the lung to the"air pump"and the spleen and kidney to the"water gate".The treatment method of"Xuan beng kai zha,Xing qi qu xie"has been proposed,with remarkable clinical effects.A case is attached to prove this.关键词
