基于"态靶理论"探讨王烈分期治疗儿童支气管哮喘经验
To explore Wang Lie's experience in staging treatment of children with bronchial asthma based on"state target the-ory"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of"state target",the experience of Professor Wang Lie in staging treatment of children's bronchial asthma was summarized.According to the development law of pathogenic factors,Professor Wang Lie divided the differ-entiation and treatment of asthma into attack stage,remission stage and stable stage.In the remission period,attention should be paid to the long-rooted phlegm,tonifying the spleen and strengthening the kidney;The stable period pays attention to the strengthening of the root,before the disease first prevention.The state target theory takes"disease"as the wetness and"state"as the meridian.Combining with the clinical characteristics of pediatrics,the state target is applied to the clinical syndrome of asth-ma,and the"state"of asthma is divided into four kinds:stasis state,heat state,wet state and empty state.According to the core pathogenesis of"state"in each period,the main syndromes,treatment methods and prescriptions are established,and the target prescription is sought to improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
