基于《素问·风论》辨"中风"病名之内涵
Distinguish the connotation of the name"stroke"and the pathogenesis based on the Su Wen-Theory of Wind
摘要
Abstract
"Stroke"is an important disease concept in Chinese medicine,from the"Su Wen-Theory of Wind"to the syn-drome of affection of Tai Yang by wind of"Shang Han Lun",the Wind of"Jin Kui Yao Lue"to the modern Stroke,although the clinical manifestations are completely different,their essential pathogenesis is closely related.The wind in Su Wen-Theory of Wind contains the basic connotation of"the general term of evil qi"and"sweating and aversion to wind"symptoms,and contains the core pathogenesis of the deficiency of Zhen Qi.The"Shang Han Lun"and the"Jin Kui Yao Lue"inherited the naming of diseases and the understanding of their core pathogenesis from the"Su Wen-Theory of Wind".However,the present-day concept of cerebral stroke is a further expansion of the connotation of the disease name"stroke"by later medical practitioners based on the first three,with similar symptoms.关键词
