温阳益气化饮通络法治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及对心功能、血浆NT-proBNP的影响
Clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huayin Tongluo Prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure and the influ-ence on cardiac function and plasma NT-proBNP

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huayin Tongluo Prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and the influence on cardiac function and plasma N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proB-NP).Methods:A total of 360 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected,and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method with 180 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional anti-CHF therapy,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Wenyang Yiqi Huayin Tongluo Prescription.Clinical effect,cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-dias-tolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and NT-proBNP levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.11％vs 82.22％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores for main symptoms and secondary symptoms,and the total score were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group had significantly lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CO and LVEF of the two groups were significantly increased,and the experimental group had significantly higher CO and LVEF than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDD or LVESD between the two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP and BNP were significantly decreased in the two groups,and significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Yiqi Huayin Tongluo Prescription is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure.It can effectively improve cardiac function,and lower plasma NT-proBNP level in the patients.关键词
