"治气为先"的坐卧式"六字诀"对无创辅助通气AECOPD患者的临床疗效研究
Clinical Efficacy Study of the Sitting and Lying"Liuzi jue"Based on the"Regulate Qi First"Theory in AECOPD Patients Receiving Non-Invasive Ventilation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the sitting and lying"Liuzi jue"based on the"Regulate Qi First"theory in the treatment of AECOPD patients receiving non-invasive ventilation.Methods:Sixty-two AECOPD patients receiving non-invasive ventilation were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received additional training in the sitting and lying"Liuzi jue"on top of standard treatment during their hospital stay.Differences in CAT scores,arterial blood gas values(PaO2,PaCO2),HADs scores,30-second sit-to-stand test(30-STS)repetitions,TCM syn-drome efficacy,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.32％,significantly higher than the 70.97％in the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed improvements in CAT score,HADs score,30-STS test results,and TCM syndrome score after treatment compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),with the experimental group showing greater improvements compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed improvements in PaO2 and PaCO2 values after treatment compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),but the difference in improvement between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The sitting and lying"Liuzi jue"can improve clinical symptoms and activity tolerance in AECOPD patients receiving non-invasive as-sisted ventilation,alleviate psychological disorders,enhance quality of life,and improve clinical effectiveness.关键词
