摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiaobupleuri decoction in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods 70 patients with IBS-D in our hospital from January 2021 to december 2022 were selected and di-vided into observation group and control group with 35 patients in each group according to random number table method.The con-trol group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with small bupleurum decoction.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,IBS Severity Scale(IBS-SSS)score,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8 and PYY levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.14％)was higher than that of control group(74.28％)(P＜0.05).After 1 month of treatment,TCM syndrome score,IBS-SSS score and serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and PYY in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The addition or reduction of Xiaobupleurum decoction in the treatment of IBS-D can improve the curative effect,relieve symptoms,reduce the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and PYY,and inhibit the inflammatory response of the body.关键词
