加减大黄牡丹汤对脓毒症并胃肠功能障碍的临床应用研究
Clinical application of modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction in treating sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application of modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction in treating sepsis with gastroin-testinal dysfunction.Methods Medical records of 76 patients with sepsis and gastrointestinal dysfunction who were admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.Patients undergoing conventional western medicine treat-ment and those treated with modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment were de-fined as the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38).Efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal func-tion,health status,inflammatory factors and intestinal function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The to-tal treatment response rate in the observation group(94.76％)was higher than that in the control group(78.95％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal function scores,the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(A-PACHE)Ⅱ scores,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the two groups decreased,and above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of D-lactic acid and intestinal fatty acid-binding protein(IFABP)in the two groups decreased,and citrulline level in-creased.The levels of D-lactic acid and IFABP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and citrulline level was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction can enhance the cura-tive effect on sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction,and improve patients'gastrointestinal function and inflammatory response.关键词
