Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with conventional treatment in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its effect on microcirculation.Methods A total of 90 cases of type 2 diabetic nephrop-athy who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided in-to the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group was given traditional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given self-made Yiqi Bushen Huayu Decoction on this basis,for 8 consecutive weeks.The curative effect of the two groups of patients was observed,and the blood glucose,microcirculation indexes,TCM syndrome scores,urinary monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and blood soluble intercellular adhesion molecules were compared between the two groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Differences in-1(sICAM-1)levels.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56％,which was higher than 80.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(X2 value=5.075,P=0.024);there was no statistical difference in the levels of blood glucose and microcirculation between the two groups before treatment Significant(P＞0.05),after treatment,the levels of FBG,PBG,fibrinogen(FIB),whole blood high and low shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The scores of secondary syndromes were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).(P＞0.05),after treatment,the level of urinary MCP-1 in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level of blood sICAM-1 was higher than that before treatment,and the level of urinary MCP-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of blood sICAM-1 in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen decoction combined with conventional treatment has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,can improve the symptoms and microcirculation indexes of patients,and has the value of clinical application.关键词
