中药面膜冷喷联合放血疗法治疗面部急性皮炎疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Facial Dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask Cold Spray Combined with Bloodletting Therapy

Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect of cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with bloodletting therapy on acute facial dermatitis.Methods 94 patients with acute facial dermatitis were selected and treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 47 cases each of the two groups.The control group was treated with 0.9％sodium chloride solution and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with bloodlet therapy.Dur-ing the facial application period,both groups of patients were given cold spray,and the skin lesions were routinely coated with Zi-cao Moisturizing Cream,followed by oral administration of levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets.The relevant indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.6％significantly lower than 91.5％in the treatment group.After treatment,the scores of erythema(0.89±0.699),papules(0.70±0.689),swelling(0.38±0.491),scales(0.40±0.538),itching(0.40±0.596),burning(0.45±0.583),tightness(0.32± 0.471),and pain(0.50±0.360)in the treatment group were lower than before treatment,which was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Chinese medicine facial mask cold spray combined with bloodlet-ting therapy can effectively improve facial acute dermatitis and skin lesions and subjective symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
