化浊通络定眩汤联合氟桂利嗪胶囊对后循环缺血性眩晕症患者疗效及对脑血流量的影响
Efficacy of Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan decoction combined with flunarizine capsule on patients with posterior cir-culation ischemic vertigo and its influence on cerebral blood flow

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan decoction combined with flunarizine capsule in treating patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo and its influence on cerebral blood flow.Methods:80 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo treated in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into western medicine group(n=40)and traditional Chinese medicine group(n=40)according to the block randomization method.The western medicine group was treated with flunarizine capsule,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome integral before treatment and after of treatment were compared between the two groups.The cerebral blood flow indicators(total cerebral blood flow,vertebral artery blood flow velocity,basilar artery blood flow velocity)in the two groups were observed before treatment and after of treatment,and the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed within of treatment.Results:After of treatment,the clinical efficacy in traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that in western medicine group(P＜0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The TCM syndrome integral in both groups were reduced compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower in traditional Chinese medicine group than those in western medicine group(P＜0.05).The total cerebral blood flow,vertebral artery blood flow velocity and basilar artery blood flow velocity were increased in both groups compared to before treat-ment(P＜0.05),and the indicators in traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in western medicine group(P＜0.05).Within of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan decoction combined with flunarizine capsule can enhance the therapeutic effect,and improve the clinical signs and cerebral blood flow of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,and it has high safety.关键词
